For those of you interested in the data, this is the local numbers in the Memphis and surrounding areas. Investor for existing homes is lower for month over month but year to date is not much of a difference.
Interesting details of note are that most areas of Shelby County have fewer sales that this time last year except for South Memphis, Midtown and Lakeland. These areas are up in number of sales from this month last year.
Homes are going on the market and there are still multiple offers on homes that are in good areas and are priced correctly.
